Hot Deviled Eggs with Bacon
Hot deviled eggs with bacon result from tasty filling on egg halves. Devil's eggs have great strength from both tabasco and cayenne
Ingredients
- 6 eggs hardboiled and cooled
- 6 bacon stripes crispy fried
- 3 tbsp sriracha mayo
- 3 tbsp chives freshly chopped
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 5-8 drops tabasco
- ½ cayenne powder
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Take the hardboiled eggs, peel and cut them lengthwise in half. Slip out and transfer the egg yolks to a bowl and mash with fork. Set the cooked egg whites aside.
- Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, tabasco, salt and pepper. Fill whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it lightly.
- Place a bacon on top of the egg halves, sprinkle with cayenne and garnish with chives. Ready to serve.Cuisine – The Appetizer!
