What better way to treat yourself than with a healthy, flavorful dish like this Seared Tuna Teriyaki and Pak Choi with a punchy sauce that stands out. It’s a bit spicy, but it’s the way I like it. And together with the homemade teriyaki sauce that beats any semi made bought in store, that’s just WOW!
Besides, quick and easy recipes like this are fantastic for busy workdays/nights.
This recipe is one of my absolute favorites. The feeling when you put the seared tuna in your mouth and then it just melts. Has to be experienced.
It’s suited, both, as a dinner or as a starter. Done the two, and always a success!
