It’s both suitable as a starter or as a lean dinner. This recipe is perfect for a weeknight because it’s quick and super easy to make, under 30 minutes from start to a fabulous dish. Not only is this salad really pretty, but it’s also delicious!
Just a few simple steps needed. Prep the passion fruit dressing, rinse the shrimps, chop some salads and them assembly all together. Cannot be much simpler than this.

Shrimp salad with passion fruit dressing
Equipment
- Mixer
Ingredients
- 450 g shrimps
- 150 g sugar peas
- 1 bunch of green onions 2-4 stalks
- 0,5 red chili use whole for more spice
- 100 g mâché salads
Passion Fruit Dressing
- 3 passion fruits
- 2 msk lime – pressad
- 0,5 dl rapeseed oil
- ½ tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Dressing: Halve and dig out the passion fruits. Mix the passions fruit with lime juice, oil, sugar and salt. Run with a mixer until a smooth texture. Let the shrimps drain (and/or give them a quick rinse). Groom and finely shred sugar peas and green onions. Finely chop the chili. Mix/blend the shrimps and vegetables.
- Distribute the Mache salad on a plate and top with the seafood salad. Drizzle over the dressing and serve immediately. Enjoy!Cuisine is My Passion!
