Bok Choy Apple Slaw
Ingredients
- 0.5 dl crème fraiche or sour cream
- 1,5 dl sriracha mayonnaise or ordinary mayonnaise
- 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 Bok choy
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 1 carrot
- 1 red onion
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, white wine, vinegar, honey, and salt until smooth.
- Split the stalks of Bok choy, rinse under cold water to remove grit. Cut the leaves in half, green and stems apart. Cut into thin strips and put them in the bowl. Add Granny Smith apple cut into matchstick pieces, carrot peeled and cut into matchstick pieces and thinly sliced red onion.Toss to coat and refrigerate for about 15 minutes before serving.
