green kale

red cabbage

white cabbage

fennel

Instructions
Mix the crème fraiche with the mayonnaise, mustard and squeezed lemon. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside
Shred cabbage and fennel on a mandolin, put in ice cold water for 30 min to get the cabbage "crunchy". Pour off the water.
Divide the apple into small pieces. Roughly crush the walnuts. Mix everything in a large bowl.
Pour over the dressing, either over the sallad or over serving bowls. Spread the pomegranate seeds over the salad.
